Are your products handmade?

Many of our products are handmade, custom-created, or made to order. Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each item unique.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us at 128designco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after a processing time of 3-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrived damaged?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. If the mistake was ours, we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the design and finish of our drinkware.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

How should I care for my apparel?

To help your apparel last longer:

Wash inside out in cold water.
Use mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly on the design.
Do not dry clean.

How should I care for my cups and tumblers?

For the best longevity:

Hand wash only.
Do not soak.
Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.
Avoid extreme temperature changes.
Handle with care.
